about-me

About Me

I am Rachael Sales – a caring and compassionate person who is committed to helping people work through their grief through counselling and support. I have personally experienced the loss of a number of close family members and have been through the bereavement counselling process myself, so completely understand how helpful and beneficial it can be.

Using the experience I went through on my grief journey, the qualifications I have obtained and the ongoing training I attend, I have learnt to provide the best help and support to people. With a goal to help you face and work through the loss of your loved ones, I am happy to support adults, young adults and children through their own grief journey.

I aim to make you feel comfortable, respected, and at ease. Grief is different for everybody and I will ensure that you are listened to and supported in a non-judgmental way to help you process your loss in your own time and in the best way which works for you.

Qualifications & Experience
